Numbler levels

Debug page — every level the generator knows, straight from levelOrder. Each preview shows the tiles as the player meets them and the numbers the board asks for, each with the measured length of its shortest chain. That length is the generator's own measurement coming back over the wire, so a card showing one below the level's MinSteps is the generator drifting rather than two copies of one fact disagreeing. Chains are walked at most 6 tiles deep, which bounds the search and not the player. The asset stamp and the PGSDK flavor belong to the container, not to this game.
